In a separate bowl, whisk together one egg and a quarter cup of sugar-free sweetener. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir in half a cup of sugar-free chocolate chips. Drop the cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
